PART-TIME VA

Let’s make sure your business foundation is strong and calibrated for growth! This option is perfect for anyone who needs help with getting your business started. Let your VA handle tasks that you either don’t have time to do – or don’t want to do! 

Includes:

  • $425/week (20 hours minimum)
  • 20 hours of support each week, 4 hours each day, Monday – Friday. 
  • Perfect for business owners who want to get out of the day-to-day tasks and focus on big-picture items. 
  • Get immediate and ongoing support to free up your time while we tackle your to-do list.
  • Stand-up calls and/or End of Day Reports.

✔ Create reports, cover weekends, holidays, and nights, and ensure seamless coordination.

INTAKE COORDINATOR

✔ Ensure timely Start of Care by obtaining necessary information, consents, and handling new/delay orders.
✔Contact case managers, discharge planners, and hospitals to confirm acceptance of referrals.
✔Use portals like Epics, Allscripts, and CORHIO to gather and attach necessary patient information for coding.
✔ Enter new clients/patients into systems like WellSky, HomeCare Home Base, AxisCare, and eRSP.
✔ Create fax requests for doctors, verify PCP, set up follow-up appointments, make welcome calls, and run insurance eligibility checks.
