Refund Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality services to our clients. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our service, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  1. Refunds are granted only for unused services and under circumstances where ABS fails to deliver as outlined in the agreed-upon contract.
  2. Refunds are not applicable to completed services, consultations, or one-time fees such as onboarding or setup costs.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be flexible while maintaining operational efficiency.

  1. Subscriptions or recurring services can be canceled by providing a 60-day written notice.
  2. Certain contracts may have a minimum commitment period; cancellations before this period ends may incur early termination fees, as specified in the contract.
