✔ Create fax requests for doctors, verify PCP, set up follow-up appointments, make welcome calls, and run insurance eligibility checks.

✔ Schedule meetings and follow up with referral sources to strengthen relationships.
✔ Contact clinics and hospitals via calls and emails to promote staffing solutions.
✔ Send newsletters, draft emails, and assist with marketing campaigns.
✔ Manage and update CRM records with client and prospect details.
✔ Respond to inquiries, track outreach efforts, and provide engagement reports.

✔ Provide after-hours support for urgent scheduling and last-minute changes.
✔ Monitor and respond to calls, emails, and messages from clinicians, patients, and families.
✔ Cover shift cancellations by securing available clinicians and coordinating emergency visits.
✔ Update EHR/EMR systems in real-time and maintain detailed records of after-hours communications.
✔ Ensure compliance with visit requirements and escalate critical cases to management or clinical supervisors.

✔ Migration of home assessments, payment authorizations, and historical data to ensure seamless access to essential client records.
✔ Transfer and organization of documents related to inactive clients and caregivers for accurate record-keeping.
✔ Management of referrer information and detailed notes from current clients and caregivers.
✔ Processing and verification of caregiver credentials and care plans to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
