Who Made 2025 Possible: A Letter of Gratitude and a Vision for 2026

As I step into Day 1 of 365 of the year 2026, I find myself pausing—not to rush into new goals just yet, but to look back with gratitude.

2025 was not just a year on the calendar.
It was a year of growth, lessons, challenges, resilience, and breakthroughs.
And most importantly, it was a year I did not walk alone.

This is my moment to say thank you.

To Everyone Who Walked With Me Through 2025

To everyone who journeyed with me this past year—thank you.

Thank you to the people who believed in me when the path was unclear.
Thank you to those who supported me in moments of doubt, stretched me in moments of growth, and reminded me who I am when things felt heavy.

You helped shape not just my 2025, but the leader, partner, and person I step into as I begin 2026.

To Our Power Partners: Thank You for Making Growth Possible

True growth never happens in isolation. I am deeply grateful for the incredible power partners who stood beside us, collaborated with us, and helped make 2025 possible:

  • Lekisha Jones – Prestige

  • Jason Van Horn – Northwestern Mutual

  • Michael Lloyd – Mertz Taggart

  • Jennifer Brackett – ADP

  • Tara Hudson Posinelli – POSH

  • Jen Weldon – Augusta

  • Grant Gaston – EnkiScribe

  • Ravin Shah – HelloHire

Your partnership, trust, and shared vision continue to elevate what we are building. Thank you for believing in collaboration over competition and purpose over ego.

To the Franchise Systems We Are Honored to Serve

I am incredibly thankful for the franchise systems that entrusted us, partnered with us, and allowed us to grow alongside you:

Working with organizations that care deeply about people, quality, and service reminds me daily why this work matters.

To My Friends: Thank You for Being Constant

To my friends who stood by me through every season—thank you for your honesty, encouragement, laughter, and unwavering presence:

You reminded me that success means nothing without people to share it with—and that support comes in many forms.

To My Primary Support System: The ABS Team

To my Ascension Business Solutions family—this journey would not exist without you.

Thank you for believing in me.
Thank you for believing in the vision.
Thank you for choosing love, support, and excellence—especially on the hard days.

You show up with integrity, heart, and commitment. You carry this mission forward every single day, and I am endlessly grateful for each one of you.

A Reflection on 2025 — And a Promise for 2026

2025 had both dry seasons and harvest seasons.
Moments of stretching. Moments of clarity. Moments of celebration.

We learned. We grew. We stayed aligned.

As we step into 2026, my hope is simple yet powerful:
That we continue to lead with love,
show up with support,
and pursue excellence—consistently, not perfectly.

I believe 2026 holds incredible things—not because it will be easy, but because we will walk into it together, grounded in purpose and driven by people.

Here’s to a Powerful 2026

To everyone who made 2025 possible—thank you.

Let’s carry the lessons forward.
Let’s build with intention.
And let’s make 2026 a year defined not just by success, but by meaning.

Happy Day 1 of 365 of the year 2026.
With gratitude and hope,
Regina
